Regardless of how old you are, it is important to look after your mental and physical health and wellbeing.  While it is important to put your best into your studies or work, you also need to take time out to relax, switch off and de-stress.  Great ways to do this include catching up with friends, going for a walk, reading a book, watching TV or a film.
