You are Entitled to Time Off for Annual Leave
If you work five full days per week then employers must provide you with at least 28 days of paid annual leave per year. This can include bank holidays.
If you work part-time, then employers must provide you with an equivalent pro-rata amount of paid annual leave per year. ‘Pro-rata’ is when you receive a proportion of the full-time amount, reflecting the number of hours or days you work.
