Under 21 Apprentice Butcher, Donaldsons of Orkney

Donaldsons of Orkney are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual to join their team as a Butchery and Production Apprentice.

This role will enable the successful applicant to develop a career in butchery and food production, learning from experienced professionals including skilled butchers, chefs and producers, gaining hands-on experience in the various work involved in the daily operation of a butcher’s shop.

The successful applicant will also be supported to earn their Level 2 Certificate in Butchery from Craft Skills Scotland.

This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent school leaver, or anyone aged under 21 years, who is keen to develop a career in the food industry.  No formal qualifications are necessary, but basic literacy and numeracy will be beneficial.

Kerr Carpentry are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join their growing team as an Apprentice Joiner.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the joinery and carpentry trade.
