Interviews

 If you have successfully secured an interview for a job, apprenticeship, college or university course - well done!

An interview is a chance for an employer to ask you questions and learn more about your skills, abilities and suitability for a particular job.  Colleges and universities use interviews to learn more about your interests and abilities and your suitability for a particular course.  This section will help you prepare for an interview by explaining the different types of interview format there are, help you prepare responses to interview questions and give you hints and tips for when you attend an interview.

You will find example interview questions and have a chance to prepare responses.  When writing your responses, remember to think about your skills and achievements, these will be listed on your CV or application form.  If you need help identifying your skills you will find activities in the CV section here.
