Writing your CV

A CV is a good way to evidence you skills and experience and all employers will want to see one when you are applying for a job.  A good CV helps you to stand out from the crowd and get you to the next stage, for example an interview.

In this section, you will find a presentation that outlines the importance of a CV and tells you what to include.  A second presentation will show you how to create a CV using My World of Work.

Before you can write your CV you will need to identify your skills and you will find some activities which will help you do that, while there are also information sheets to help you create your CV.
